Hollow ram hydraulic cylinders with center hole through the piston rod for tensioning, pull-through, and anchor testing applications. Available in capacities from 10 to 200 tons with stroke lengths from 50mm to 150mm. The through-hole design allows cables, rods, rebar, or tie bolts to pass through the cylinder center — enabling tensioning operations not possible with solid-ram cylinders. Available in single acting (spring return) and double acting (oil return) configurations. Features include 700 kg/cm² maximum operating pressure, gland nut designed to withstand dead-end loads, and optional threaded stud and saddle attachments. Used extensively in civil construction for anchorage and rebar testing, and in maintenance for bearing bush removal, cylinder liner extraction, and pulley removal with mechanical fixtures. Application
Used wherever a cable, rod, or fastener must pass through the cylinder during operation. Primary applications include anchorage testing and rebar tensioning at construction sites, pre-stressing operations for concrete structures, cable tensioning for bridges and post-tensioned slabs, and bar/cylinder/tube pulling operations in maintenance. Also used as hydraulic pullers with mechanical fixtures for removing pins, bushes, bearings, sprockets, gears, cylinder liners, and tube bundles from heat exchangers. Double acting variants suitable for applications requiring controlled retraction force.
