CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Menerix charges a single one-time fee of ₹1,999, inclusive of GST, for Tier 1 Verified Identity. This fee covers GST and business identity verification, the creation of your structured capability profile, and the issue of your verification certificate.

There is no subscription, no renewal, and no per-lead charge. Buyers pay nothing to use the platform, so no buyer-side refund situation arises.

2. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your verification and receive a full refund at any time before we begin verification work. Verification work begins when we first act on your submission, which includes running your GST or identity checks or starting work on your capability profile.

To cancel, email [email protected] from the address registered on your account, quoting your payment reference.

3. WHEN WE REFUND

• You cancel before verification work begins. Full refund.
• A payment is charged twice for the same verification. The duplicate is refunded in full.
• Your payment is debited but the verification is not activated on your account, and we are unable to activate it. Full refund.
• We are unable to verify your business for reasons outside your control, and you have not misrepresented your business. Full refund.

4. WHEN WE DO NOT REFUND

• Verification has been completed and your certificate has been issued. The service has been delivered at that point.
• Verification work has begun and you then choose to withdraw. The work already performed is not refundable.
• We decline or revoke verification because the information you supplied was false, misleading, or belongs to another business.
• You are dissatisfied with the volume of buyer requirements you receive. Verification structures your capability so buyers can find you. It is not a guarantee of enquiries, orders, or revenue.
• Your account is suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email [email protected] from your registered email address within 7 days of the payment, including your registered business name, the payment reference or order ID, and the reason for the request.

We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and confirm our decision within 7 business days.

6. HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment gateway. We initiate the refund within 3 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer typically credits it within a further 5 to 7 business days. We do not control that final step.

Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the amount actually received. Where a refund is issued, any tax invoice raised against the payment is credited accordingly.

7. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 business days without any action from you. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will trace it with the payment gateway.
