Description

Single acting hydraulic cylinders with load-assisted return stroke, designed for confined spaces with extremely low clearance. Available in capacities from 10 to 1200 tons with stroke lengths from 10mm to 50mm. Pancake-style construction delivers high tonnage in minimal closed height — ideal for precision lifting, heavy machinery alignment, structural jacking, and shipyard operations where vertical space is limited. Features include 700 kg/cm² maximum operating pressure, stroke limit indicator, and optional spherical saddle for off-center load compensation. Threaded ram variants include safety lock nut for sustained load holding over extended durations. Manufactured by Venus Hydraulics, Belagavi — ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Applications

Used in precision lifting operations where headroom is severely restricted.
